Four Undergraduate Of Unilag, Put In Jail Because Of Cultist

Four undergraduates of the University of Lagos
(UNILAG), have been remanded in prison for
allegedly being members of a secret cult known
as Aloral Bucania , Nation reports.
The Chief Magistrate, Oluyemisi Adelaja, gave
the order that the accused should be remanded
at the Ikoyi Prisons, pending when they would
perfect their bail conditions.
The four suspects include Raheem Yusuf, 21,
Adedoyin Adeyemi Abraham, 24, Olanrewaju
Idowu, 36, and Safraini Oluyemi Peters, 24.
They were apprehended bythe State Criminal
Investigation and Intelligence Department
(SCIID), Panti, Yaba, of the Lagos State Police
Command.

The police said that on August 4, around
9:30am, in Room 318, Biobaku Hall of the
institution, the quartet, conspired among
themselves to commit an offence likely to
cause a breach of public peace.
The accused were arraigned on a two-count
bordering on conspiracy to cause a breach
the peace and belonging to an unlawful and
secret society known as Alora Bucaneers"
